Aside from being a fan of cake, personally, I happen to have had the opportunity to learn alot about the subject during my travels while learning the fine art of cake decorating.
I have decided to use any means I have to educate and bring to all of you who are interested, the latest information as I receive it (from whatever means). I've been asked to initiate a blogg such as this one for a while now so as I sat down at my desk, following a very trying tasting with a very picky bride, and I decided now was as good a time as any to begin.
